Hypnotherapy

Feeling stuck, overwhelmed or trapped in old patterns?

Together we'll help you reconnect with yourself and create lasting change.

Why do we get stuck?

Our minds are incredibly good at learning.

From the moment we're born, our brains are constantly making connections between our experiences, emotions and the world around us. This helps us stay safe, adapt to new situations and respond to challenges.

Sometimes, however, those learned responses can outgrow their purpose.

Experiences from the past, whether they're significant life events or a series of smaller experiences over time, can shape the way we think, feel and behave without us even realising it. This can lead to patterns such as anxiety, low confidence, unwanted habits, emotional overwhelm or self-doubt that continue, even when we consciously want things to be different.

That's because lasting change isn't always about trying harder or thinking more positively. It's about understanding the patterns that have developed, why they're still there, and gently helping your mind learn a different way forward.

Through an integrative approach using hypnotherapy, Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT) and other evidence-informed therapeutic approaches, we'll work together to understand what's keeping you stuck, and work through that through communication with the subconscious and clearing stuck emotions out of the body.

How We'll Work Together

There is no one-size-fits-all approach to therapy.

Every person has their own experiences, challenges and goals, which is why every session is tailored to you. Rather than relying on a single technique, I use an integrative approach, drawing on hypnotherapy, Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT), psychotherapy and other evidence-informed therapeutic approaches where appropriate.

Together, we'll explore the patterns that may be keeping you stuck, helping you gain a deeper understanding of yourself while working towards meaningful, lasting change.

Whether you're experiencing anxiety, low confidence, unwanted habits or emotional overwhelm, our work together is always collaborative, compassionate and focused on helping you move forward at a pace that feels right for you.

About me

Hi, I’m Stacey.

I’m a First-Class Clinical Psychology graduate (BSc Hons) and a fully insured hypnotherapist, passionate about helping people move beyond anxiety, depression, low self-esteem, and unhelpful habits.

Through the power of the subconscious mind, I help you uncover the patterns, beliefs and emotions that may be holding you back so that you can step into a calmer, more capable and more confident version of yourself.

My approach is warm, evidence-informed and tailored to you. Whether you’re looking to ease anxiety, let go of an unhelpful pattern or simply feel more you again - I’ll guide you through the process with care and compassion.

You already have the resources within you. I’m just here to help you access them.

When you're ready, I’d love to work with you.

I believe true healing begins in the subconscious mind. It’s where our beliefs, emotional patterns, values, and behaviours are rooted. When we try to change solely through conscious effort or willpower, we’re often fighting against ingrained scripts that run much deeper. Real, sustainable change comes when we gently and safely work with those deeper layers bringing awareness, compassion, and new choices into that space.

My approach is intuitive, trauma-informed, and solution-focused. I don’t believe in one-size-fits-all scripts. You are unique, and your healing should be too. Above all, I hold deep values of compassion, connection, and safety. These guide every session, every interaction, and every step we take together.

Because when you and your subconscious feel safe, seen, and supported transformation becomes possible.

“We can get better only if we learn to experience our sensations and feel the emotions they evoke, instead of avoiding them.”
